

Eric the Trainer is a top personal trainer with over ten years of experience in the two epicenters of fitness: New York and Los Angeles. He is an expert in total body transformation and has walked hundreds of men and women through the process. His formula is based on a holistic approach to fitness that incorporates gender specific exercise, eastern philosophy, yoga, Pilates, martial arts and functional weight training- and ideal mix created specifically for each gender.
Eric's education began early; at age ten, his father enrolled him in Kempo Karate school. A dedicated student, Eric excelled in the martial arts. Certified by the University of Maine in fitness instruction at eighteen, Eric began training and continued his education in martial arts including kick boxing and he excelled yoga studies with Yogi Gordon Sharpe. At twenty-two, Eric began training at New York Sports club in Manhattan, completed the ACE exams and excelled to the title of Master Trainer- the gym's highest order. Unhappy with the results of conventional training, Eric sought the knowledge of health and fitness' top figures including legends Nick Kane, Don Howith (Mr. America '67), Frank Zane (Mr. Olympia), and combined his deep knowledge of multiple disciplines into concise gender-based programs The Sleeping Beauty for women and The Sleeping Giant for men.
Eric trains Hollywood's top celebrities and supports multiple programs and foundations promoting community growth, health and fitness and health and fitness for the disabled. Eric is also the founder of the ETT Festival of Strength, an annual event held at Muscle Beach to promote healthy living. Eric lives with his family in Los Angeles.
